@t.ae Random Unification はすでに implemented だから別スレで問題ないんじゃないでしょうか。 random(in: UnboundedRange) は新しい API の提案だし、 reduce(into:_:) や toggle 、 compactMapValues を考えると、単独の API の提案は全然ありな気がします。

最終的には FixedWidthInteger に限らず検討することになるかもしれないにしても、 pitch は気軽に投げていいんじゃないでしょうか。
