最近試験的に macOS で swiftly (macOS サポートは未リリースなので自分でビルド) を使ってますが，VS Code で Swift package を開いた際に，Linux みたいに swiftly で use しているツールチェーンが自動選択されるのかなと思いきや，まだ macOS だと vscode-swift と swiftly がうまく連携できていないみたいですね．この辺のコメントを読む限りだと将来的には解決されそうですが． https://github.com/swiftlang/vscode-swift/issues/756#issuecomment-2117386274
